sweet bran pie!!!!

ok who is getting ready for tyhe bachelor???? im so pumped! so this post must be short. it starts pretty dang soon. anyone i was making rice krispy treats and and i got this awesome enlightment of horsie pie! how amazing! i just made it. i think i will let them try it on friday or saturday or whenever i go next.

sweet bran pie:

4 cups bran

water

white sugar

apple, peeled and diced

corn oil

more sugar!!!

dry quaker oats

grease pie pan. set aside. mix bran with enough water to reach a consistentcy of hamburger meat. not too thick or dry. drizzle on corn oil for a delicate flavor. then spread about 1/2 cup sugar over top. spread thinly diced apples and sprinkle on a layer of more sugar. sprinkle on quaer oats. press all ingredients firmly in to pan and press hard. when you want to, slice and place in feed tub/bucket.

this is super rich so split it between a few a few horses or down size it and make it tiny-eeerrrrrrrrrrrr. OH MY GODDDDDDD THE BACHELOR IS STARTING! got to go. thanks ~ the pet treat baker
